| The recent BCGS Ancestry Fair featured a Main Event titled "Your Roots Are Showing," presenting the genealogy of local businessman Colin Goodnoe. This presentation will highlight some of the interesting research techniques, clever "tricks" and unexpected resources that were used in preparing the presentation. It will focus on evaluating conflicting data and resolving challenging research questions. | |

Dr. Connie Ace has been doing genealogical research for over two decades and recently founded Ace Genealogy Research and Consulting to offer her research services to a wider group of clients. Trained as a research scientist, she spent over 25 years as a biophysicist for various Johnson & Johnson companies, specializing in biomaterials for the repair and regeneration of the human body. But her passion is history and discovering the human stories behind the names and dates in family trees. She currently serves as the Chair of the Warrington Township Historical Commission and is an active member of BCGS as well as other historical and genealogical societies. |
