As you register, please note:
Your Zoom display name must match the first and last name you use to register for this event. If the names do not match, we will admit you to the event but will ask you to change your display name upon entry into the meeting space. If you do not change your display name you will be returned to the waiting room.

To join the BCGS meeting:

• Ensure your Zoom display name matches the name you used to register BEFORE you attempt to sign into the meeting.
• To access the meeting, use the link you receive after registering
• Enter through the waiting room

To update your display name before the meeting:

• Go to the Zoom website and log in
• To edit your Display name, choose: My Account → Profile → Display Name
