As part of our 2020 curriculum, the BCGS will offer presentations on the basic tools of genealogists.  This presentation will take a fresh look at the most indispensable tool for American research, the US Federal Census.  We will learn how to maximize use of the census to help us extract the most information out of every line.

Gideon is a retired family physician who has been researching his family history since he was 14 years old. He holds the Boston University Certificate in Genealogical Research and teaches a basic Genealogy course at the Cheltenham Township Adult School.
